Our focus on high end listings and the techniques we have developed are utilized on any assignment we are called on.  Our Hints & Tips on getting ready for the photographer and our “Internet Visualization” process are used by home owners and agents throughout Western PA. to make sure their listings stands above the crowd. 

We use quality professional cameras equipped with specialty lenses having a wide field of view and utilizing available light.  Our structured process helps assure rooms and architectural exteriors are presented to your clients with minimal distortion, illuminated by natural light enhanced with warm colors and no harsh flash shadows.  All photographs are optimally formatted and enhanced for print, video and web applications.

Unlike some other studios and services we license to you the right to make unlimited copies of and distribute any brochure we develop for you and to use any image we deliver in any publication as long as it is used directly by you to aid in the sale of the associated property.  No image, publication, brochure, website or template delivered or created by us may be used for any other purpose or modified or sold without our express written consent.
