On-site photo services: $100 charge plus $0.50 per mile travel

We will travel within 20 miles of our office and spend up to 2 hours on site.
Travel time within 20 miles is not charged. Mileage is charged at $0.50 per mile round trip.
It is preferred, but not required, for the agent to be on site at time of shoot.
If the agent is staging we will assist provided total time on site does not exceed 2 hours.
Have the home owner read and utilize the tips in our “Internet Visualization” process
We generally produce and process between 40 and 80 images, depending on residence.
The on site process and images produced are suitable for use in our “Virtual Tour” option.
The agent coordinates our schedule with the owners and makes final shoot arrangements.
Images are posted on our exclusive “Client Portal” when processed, Typically within 24 hours.
Both High Resolution “Print” and low resolution “optimized for web/video/TV” are delivered.
